A new update has come to light in the case of suspicious death of NEET student in Patna. Now the investigation of this case has been handed over to CBI. CBI has registered this as a special case, numbered 7S/26. After the CBI took over the case, the investigation process has intensified. According to reports, senior officers of Bihar CBI have left for Delhi with important documents and evidence of the case.


Nitish government’s recommendation, Center accepted


There was a demand for a CBI investigation for a long time to investigate this case impartially. In view of the anger of the public and the victim’s family, CM Nitish Kumar had formally requested the Government of India to conduct a CBI investigation into the case. The Center immediately approved this request of the State Government, after which the responsibility of investigation was handed over to the Central Agency.


Samrat Chaudhary had given information about the investigation


Bihar Deputy CM Samrat Chaudhary was the first to give information about this. He had said on social media that the state government has recommended a CBI investigation. He assured that the government will take every step to ensure justice. Since the investigation has now gone into the hands of CBI, it is expected that strict action will be taken against the accused.
