The National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) has announced the commencement of a new recruitment process. Candidates holding ITI certificates, diplomas, or other technical qualifications are eligible to apply for these positions. Selection will be based on a Computer-Based Test (CBT) followed by a Trade Test.

This recruitment drive covers various posts, including Operator, Technician, Mining Mate, and Junior Foreman, among others. Candidates will be recruited across different trades and departments.

For certain posts, the maximum age limit has been set at 27 years. Conversely, for positions requiring prior experience, the age limit has been fixed between 35 and 40 years. Candidates belonging to reserved categories will be granted age relaxation in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.

Candidates are required to possess an ITI certificate, a diploma, or a certificate in a relevant trade. For some specific posts, a minimum educational qualification of having passed the 10th grade is also required. Additionally, two years of relevant work experience is mandatory for several of the advertised positions.

Candidates belonging to the General, OBC, and EWS categories are required to pay an application fee of ₹100 for this recruitment. However, candidates belonging to SC, ST, Persons with Disabilities (Divyang), and certain other reserved categories are exempted from paying the application fee.

Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the CBT. The examination will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions. For certain specific posts, a Trade Test will also be conducted as part of the selection process.
