In the famous Ketan Aggarwal murder case, the police is investigating from every angle. In this connection, on Wednesday the police took the accused to Lohgarh Fort and recreated the crime scene. The purpose of this process is to verify all the facts to the incident and to take the investigation forward.

DSP Gajanan Tompe told IANS in this regard that today the accused was taken to Lohgarh, where the entire crime scene was recreated in the same order in which the incident took place. This entire process was completed in the morning itself and the accused showed the same order at the spot as he had told during the investigation. The police recreated the crime scene on the same basis.

The DSP said that now whatever is required during the investigation, it will be placed before the court. After this, further action will be taken based on the instructions of the court and the facts emerging in the investigation.

On the question of the progress of the investigation, DSP Tompe said that till now all the people about whom the police has received information to this case, are being carefully investigated. Statements of necessary persons are also being recorded and whatever new facts or persons emerge in the further investigation, action will be taken with full seriousness.

He further said that this entire matter is being investigated under the guidance of Superintendent of Police (SP) and Additional Superintendent of Police (Additional SP). The investigation is reviewed daily by senior officers to ensure that the investigation moves in the right direction. At present, the police investigation is continuing in the prescribed direction and all aspects are being investigated in depth.

Let us tell you that serious allegations have been made against Ketan’s fiancee Siya Goyal and her partner Chetan Chaudhary in the Ketan Aggarwal murder case. Investigating agencies say that both of them together pushed Ketan down on Lohgarh Fort on June 18, after which he died. According to the police investigation, Sia had initially claimed that Ketan’s foot slipped and he fell into the ditch.
