Hawkins Cookers Limited has clarified in the official information sent to the stock markets that the company will distribute a dividend of Rs 140 on each share with a face value of Rs 10. For this, the company has declared 22 July 2026 (Wednesday) as the record date. This means that only those investors who have shares of the company in their demat account till July 22 will be entitled to avail the benefits of this attractive dividend. Constantly increasing dividend: The company has been continuously pleasing its shareholders by giving big dividends in the last few years. If we look at the past figures, Hawkins Cookers had given a dividend of Rs 130 per share in the year 2025. In the year 2024, investors had received a dividend of Rs 120 per share, whereas in the year 2023, the company had distributed the dividend at Rs 100 per share. It is clear from this continuously increasing dividend figure that the company has been sharing a large part of its cash flow with investors. 2% rise in shares: More than 19% return given in one month. On the first trading day of the week, the company’s stock closed at Rs 9262.85 on BSE with a gain of more than 2 percent. Talking about the performance of the last one month, there has been a huge jump of more than 19 percent in the shares of the company. In the last 6 months, this stock has given a positive return of 21 percent to its investors. However, shares have seen a slight decline of about 3.95 percent in the last one year and 8.23 percent in the two-year period. Multibagger returns given in 10 years: Beating even Sensex. Hawkins Cookers’ performance has been excellent for long term investors. The company’s shares have given returns of 38 percent in the last three years and 58 percent in the last five years.
