Following the defeat in the England ODI series, four players are set to be dropped from Team India, including Washington Sundar.

Shivam Dube and Washington Sundar

Team India recently toured England for a T20I and ODI series. The Men in Blue suffered defeats in both series. India fielded a nearly full-strength squad in the ODI series, but still lost 1-2 to hosts England. This defeat in the 50-over series has threatened the careers of several players. We'll tell you about four such players who will find it almost impossible to regain a place in the ODI team.

1- Washington Sundar

The first name on the list is spin-bowling all-rounder Washington Sundar. Sundar played two matches in the ODI series, and he was a complete flop. Batting in both innings, he scored 52* and 02 runs, respectively. He failed to take any wickets while bowling.

2- Shivam Dubey

The next name on the list could be pace bowling all-rounder Shivam Dube. Dube, who primarily plays T20 cricket for India, also played two matches in the England ODI series, being dismissed first ball in one innings without opening his account. He also took two wickets in two innings while bowling.

3- Ishan Kishan

Left-handed wicketkeeper-batsman Ishan Kishan also played two matches in the ODI series against England, scoring 1 and 14 runs respectively. Ishan's poor form left the middle order vulnerable. However, Ishan has played in all three formats for India.

4- Prince Yadav

High expectations were placed on fast bowler Prince Yadav. Prince, who performed well in the T20 series against Ireland and England, flopped in the ODI series. He got a chance in the final ODI at Lord's, but couldn't do much. He took just one wicket in 10 overs, conceding 79 runs at an economy rate of 7.90. It will be interesting to see whether these players get a chance in the next ODI series.
