Providing adequate protein, zinc, folate, vitamins and antioxidants to the body can support normal sperm production and its quality. However, eating just one food item does not guarantee an increase in sperm count.
Eggs:
Along with protein, eggs contain Vitamin B12 and other essential nutrients. Including it in a balanced diet can help meet the general nutritional needs of men.
Walnut:
It contains many nutrients including omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants. Some studies have linked walnuts to better indicators of sperm quality.
Pumpkin Seeds:
These are a good source of zinc, magnesium, protein and healthy fat. Zinc is an essential nutrient for normal male fertility and hormonal function.
spinach:
Spinach contains folate, vitamin C and many antioxidants. A diet containing adequate folate and antioxidants may be useful for reproductive health.
fish:
Omega-3 fatty acids are found in fatty fish like salmon and sardines. By being part of a balanced diet, it can support men's cardiovascular and general health as well as reproductive health.
Don't rely only on diet
Along with nutritious food, adequate sleep, regular exercise, healthy weight and abstinence from smoking are also important for sperm health. If there is difficulty in conceiving for a long time or any problem to sperm has come to light, then it is better to seek examination and proper advice from a doctor.
